CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

On the day of arrival, the room will be available by 3:00 PM.
In case of arrival after 7:00 PM, please inform us by phone.
On the day of departure, please kindly vacate the room by 10:00 AM.
Late check-out is available for an additional fee (upon request and subject to availability).

DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT METHODS

To confirm the reservation, a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total stay amount is required, payable by bank transfer or credit card.
Your reservation will be considered binding only upon receipt of a written booking confirmation from us.
The balance can be paid in cash (up to the legal limit), by debit card, credit card, or instant bank transfer.

CANCELLATION POLICY AND HOLIDAY INSURANCE

In case of cancellation, the following policy applies:

Cancellations received 31 or more days in advance of the arrival date: the deposit amount will be refunded, retaining a €70.00 fee to cover office expenses.
Cancellations received from 30 to 20 days in advance of the arrival date: the penalty corresponds to the deposit amount.
Cancellations received from 19 to 8 days in advance of the arrival date: the deposit will not be refunded, and the guest will be charged an additional 50% penalty (80% of the holiday price).
Cancellations received 7 days or less prior to arrival or in case of no-show: the deposit will not be refunded, and the guest will be charged an additional 70% penalty (100% of the holiday price).
Cancellation conditions also apply if the rooms are partially or fully rebooked. Please note that these penalties also apply in case of accident, illness, or bereavement.
We offer the option to purchase travel insurance/cancellation insurance by taking out an insurance policy online at the following link: www.care4uhotel.com which can be activated within 48 hours of deposit payment and our confirmation of the reservation.

TOURIST TAX

Tourist tax of €2.00 per person/night is not included in the daily rates. Children up to the age of 14 are exempt from payment.

DOGS

Your dogs (not puppies), in certain room types, are welcome upon request and agreement. However, they are not allowed in the dining room and cannot be left alone in the room during the day. The supplement is € 10/night each (excluding food), but this does not cover any damages incurred, which will remain the responsibility of the owner.
